I discovered the joys and benefits of breastfeeding with my own two children. From the start, I was committed to offering them the health, cognitive, and immune advantages that come with breastfeeding. But what I hadn’t anticipated was how profoundly therapeutic it would be—for both of us. That deep post-partum bond, the quiet moments of connection, and the mutual comfort created something truly special.
Once my own breastfeeding journey ended, I felt called to support other new moms interested in giving this same gift to their children. I immersed myself in years of study, earned multiple certifications, and have never stopped learning. For over three decades, I’ve provided expert breastfeeding support and lactation support to moms from all backgrounds, helping them feel empowered and informed as they navigate the ups and downs of new mom breastfeeding.
After 30+ years supporting new moms in hospital settings, I’m entering a new chapter—one that allows me to expand beyond the bedside and connect with families everywhere. That’s why I launched this website. While breastfeeding can be beautiful, it can also be challenging. I’m here to walk alongside you through every question, concern, and milestone. I’ve seen it all—and helped thousands of moms make it to the other side with confidence and peace.
